Silver Package
Need help finding the right venue, caterer or location? This package is designed to fit within a tight budget where you will be doing your own planning and setup, but need some help with the details.
Package Includes:
- Assist in scheduling and booking event site
- Ensure vendors and caterers are present, answering questions
- Event Coordinator present at your event, delegates others to ensure that the event goes smoothly
- Provide needed AV Equipment

Gold Package
If you have some of the planning done for your event, but need to free up your time planning the details, the Gold Package is the right set of services for you.
Package Includes:
- Overseeing setup, vendors, answering questions
- Assisting all guests/participants to ensure all the activities fall into place
- Assist with all pre-event setup; including any equipment and decorations
- Ensure vendors are present
- Help with seating arrangements
- Instruct event helpers with their duties
- Direct guests
- Keep vendors in sync with timing of activities and any changes
- Event Coordinator present at your event
- Professional Security present at your event
- Provide needed AV Equipment

Green Package
This package is great if you have an idea and a budget for an event, but need help with just about everything else. We will pick up the ball and make sure that your event meets all of your goals and is planned within budget.
Package Includes:
- All services included in the Gold Package
- Find vendors, caterers and venue locations
- Establishing dates and alternate dates
- Do walkthroughs at event site
- Selecting and reserving the event site
- Determine food and beverage needs
- Coordinate transportation or parking for guests
- Arranging décor, tables, chairs, guest list, music, lighting etc.
- Arrange for speakers and announcements
- Search for entertainment
- Prepare the staff for the event
- Location setup and take down
- Limousine service for selected VIPs with complimentary champagne

Pineapple Express
This package is for events that need planning in a short of amount of time, 1 month but nothing less than 2 weeks. Select any one of the event packages or we can create a customized package that meets your needs and expectations.

Additional Services
